Hello again. Here’s a bit more about my professional background.

I began my career at Tate in the mid-90s and worked there for over a decade, first as part of the team that delivered Tate Modern and ultimately as Head of the Director's Office. I left Tate to become Director of Strategy at Arts Council England where I led the development of ACE’s first ten-year strategic framework and the integration of responsibility for museums and libraries.

In 2012 I moved with my family to Australia for two years, and undertook consulting assignments for the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, and the Sydney Opera House, before I joined the team at MCA in a leadership role. When I moved back to London, I started to build my consulting business and I supported a wide variety of organisations internationally with feasibility studies, programme and organisation reviews, business plans, funding applications and evaluation projects.

From 2016-20, I led the move of London College of Fashion to East Bank, overseeing the transformation of LCF while contributing to this major new destination in London. Since 2020, I have worked exclusively as a consultant.

I originally studied at Cambridge University and at the Courtauld Institute. I also have a PG certificate in Cultural Leadership and am a qualified APMG Change Practitioner. I am a Trustee of the Chelsea Physic Garden.
